This Privacy Policy describes how Empyrean Softworks collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you access and use our mobile games, which are made available on the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store, as well as any related online services, and any related software, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy will be available on our website (admin@empyrean-softworks.com) and within the settings menu of our mobile games.

Information You Provide Directly:

For example, your username, profile picture, and in-game activity (such as leaderboard rankings) may be displayed to other players.
- Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, which are companies that are owned or controlled by Empyrean Softworks. These companies will use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or other corporate transaction involving Empyrean Softworks or its assets, we may transfer your information to the acquiring company or successor entity.

- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us, where:
- The processing is based on consent or on a contract.
- The processing is carried out by automated means.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. We shall no longer process the personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: If we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.

If you are a resident of California, you have the following rights under the CCPA:

To exercise your rights under the GDPR or the CCPA, please contact us using the information provided in Section 12. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. We will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
